5.A. PUBLIC HEARINGS Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting a resolution to adopt an assessment roll for the 2021 Street Improvement Project, City Project 21-01.

5.C. Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting a resolution to authorize the levy of special assessments for the collection of delinquent utility bills.

7.A. GENERAL BUSINESS Consider adopting an ordinance amending City Code Chapter 72: Recreational Vehicles to include motorized golf carts and consider adopting a resolution approving the summary of the ordinance for publication.
