4.B. MINUTES - Approve minutes of the City Council Worksession from September 12, 2022.

6.C.1. Planning - Adopt a resolution approving variances for a reduced side yard setback for an existing residence and proposed deck at 15432 Idaho Place, City Project 22-29.

6.D.2. Police - Adopt a resolution approving a grant agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for a DWI/Traffic Safety Officer.

6.H.1. General - Approve an agreement with Select Spirits Group, LLC to cease from using any derivative of the name “Whiskey Social” for any future events.

7.B. GENERAL BUSINESS - Consider approval of Schrupp Addition Developer’s Agreement, City Project 22-26.

7.D. GENERAL BUSINESS - Consider adopting a resolution to approve the proposed 2023 General Fund Budget.

7.F. GENERAL BUSINESS - Consider adopting an interim ordinance prohibiting the sale, testing, manufacturing, and distribution of THC products and consider adopting a resolution approving the publication of a summary of the ordinance.
