3.A. Approve minutes from the May 21, 2026, Planning Commission meeting.

Recommend to the City Council adoption of a Zoning Ordinance establishing a Planned Unit Development, the Preliminary Plat and associated findings of fact related to the requests for the proposed development of the property located at 9322 Hillsboro Place, subject to the DRC conditions, Project 25-45.

4.C. Recommendation to the City Council for a Zoning Map Amendment from C-1 Neighborhood Services to C-2 General Commerce for the property located at 14859 Louisiana Avenue South, Project 26-22.
