8.A. PUBLIC HEARINGS - Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting a Resolution to approve vacation of existing drainage and utility easements across Outlot A, Holiday Station Store Savage, to facilitate the platting and development for the proposed Chestnut Business Park, City Project 25-38.

GENERAL BUSINESS - Consider adopting a resolution declaring the conditions at 4183 Joppa Circle a public nuisance, ordering their abatement within 14 days, and if the nuisances are not abated by that time, to authorize City staff to commence an enforcement action in Scott County District Court authorizing the City to enter the subject property, abate the nuisances, and assess the costs of abatement to the property.
